Model: Archer C80
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Archer C80(EU)_V1_200628

Hi,

Whenever I try to access a web interface my session is cancelled automatically and I have redirected back the login page. The sequence is as follows:

  1. The login page is displayed properly,
  2. Then I enter login and password,
  3. The web UI is displayed for a few seconds,
  4. And the session ends and the web browser displays login page again.
  5.

The problem occurs on Windows 10 both in Firefox and Edge. I tried clearing the web cache, clearing cookies etc. The firmware upgrade supposed to solve this issue but the problem persists.

Anyone was able to solve this issue?

Hi, thanks for reporting this to the community.

We may have reproduced this issue on our site and will soon release an official firmware to fix it in weeks. As a workaround, you may manage the C80 via Tether app.

Please keep an eye on the official website for the updates, thanks a lot~

I'm just experiencing the same issue on my AX20 router. After logging in through tplinkwifi.net, web browser displays login page again immediately. I've checked the firmware via Tether app and have the latest one.

Tried different laptops and browsers and it is still the same.

It seems the issue occurred after I've setup password protected access to a usb disk connected to the router, but might be just time coincidence. Disconnecting the disc has no effect, can't change the password protection through Tether app.

Please advise.
