Hi , the router was working fine then there was a 10 min power outage.. after the power was on the router turns the green power light on. It blinks one time them stays on for 4-5 second then again goes off and nothing happens after that.   When i reattach the power cable the same thing happens again and again it goes off and no internet connection is present.  Please help...

Hello,

 

Do you still use the original power adapter? Is the power stable in your house? How about other electrical devices in your house, are they stable?

 

Try to hard reset it by holding the reset button or hole for 10s.

 

Are you able to access its web UI from a browser? What is the hardware and firmware version? If not, try to make a video showing the router LED status, thanks.

 

BTW, when and where did you buy this also?
