I am unable to host a network on Windows 10 (64 bit) OS.

I am getting below message after trying to start the hosted network.

"The hosted network couldn't be started.
The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation."

I have reinstalled provided drivers.

The driver information is  

Date                      : 18-05-2017
Version                  : 2023.55.415.2017

Hosted network supported  : No

From your Support/download link the latest drive version is V2 where as my Model's version is 3.2.

Please guide me to resolve my issue.
