"We couldn't find deco"
I have two different networks in the same place.
One of them with one Deco.
The other one has two.
I remotely upgraded firmware in both networks. First one is still working fine.
For the second network, after receiving a message of a successful upgrade, I lost connection from my app and I have not been able to reconnect even after trying restarting the app and deleting and reinstalling it

Are the 3*Deco X50-POE units in the same pack?
For the rest of 2*Deco X50-POE, what is the current LED status, flashing red or blinking blue?
If possible, you could test whether the following suggestions help:
1. power off the Deco X50-POE in the other Mesh network.
2. reset one of the Deco X50-POEs and wait for its LED light to turn to blinking blue.
3. Add it again via the Deco APP-How to Create a New Network in the Deco App
