Firmware Version:

Hi, we have just installed Deco X60 mesh system in the household.  ALL clients in the house hod can find and connect to the new network except my PC, although my PC can detect other networks and have access to internet.

The PC network card supports both 2.4 and 5GHZ.

There is no strange åäö in the network name.

The only thing that is "different" with the PC is that it is the only laptop that has Norton installed, does anyone know if this can be the problem with not finding the TP-link network?

Hoping for help!

/Monika

@MonikaM

Hello, thanks for asking.

Is there any error message when you try to connect to the X60 wireless on this laptop?

You may try to create a simple wireless network name and check whether it can be detected correctly:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1591/

If still cannot connect, try to disable fast roaming, setup QoS as standard, and clear all the high priority rules. You may also disable the anti-virus.

Try to enable the guest network to give it a shot.

If none of the above works, disable the Norton on the computer, then try to connect to the X60 again.

May it help and have a good day.
