Hello,

 

If you forgot your wireless password for the TP-Link device, please refer to the below link to get it back:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/399/

 

While if you don't remember the login password, you may need to reset the device to factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/426/
