Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20200827 Rel. 40928

My AX 10 was set up using both 2.4ghz and 5ghz and then I updated to latest firmware and now it only transmitting 5ghz not 2.4ghz at all. I need help because I have several smart home products that only use 2.4ghz.

@a.moore

Hello, sorry for responding late.

Can you confirm if the 2.4GHz wireless LED is still flashing green on the AX10? What kind of devices in your network are connecting to the 2.4GHz, are all devices not able to detect the signal?

Try to log into the web UI of the AX10 and try to change the 2.4GHz wireless channel to 1/6/11, change the channel width to 20MHz, and change the security type to WPA2-PSK, AES to give it a go.

Thanks.
