Model: Archer C50
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Good day,

Is there a way to set this router to "access point" mode? I checked all the settings - I do not see one that says "operation mode".

I tried disabling the DHCP, but the ipconfig command shows the assigned IP address as 192.168.0.xxx (i.e. assigned by the Archer C50) rather than 192.168.1.xxx (from the address pool coming from the ISP's modem/router).

The help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

@HowardBannister

Hello, thanks for asking.

There is no Access Point mode on the Archer C50 V2, while you can configure it into an access point manually as below:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1199/

Hope this helps.
