ROUTER IS GETTING AUTO RESET AFTER 7 TO 10 DAYS. SETTINGS GETTING ERASED. FIRMWARE IS LATEST ONE MAY 2020.

For your case, we would like to check more details:

  1. May I know where are you located and who is your SIM card carrier?
  2. Was there any change recently, like firmware upgrade, or new device joining the network?
  3. When the device was auto-reset, have you ever noticed that all the LED lights turn on then off?

Auto reset to factory (not reboot)
