Wireless light not flashing
So I recently changed out my router. Extender was working fine. Now it won't connect to the be router. I reset it and when it starts up the power LED goes solid, then the wireless LED goes solid. Everything I've watched states this needs to be blinking to use WPS setup.
I've tried setting up through tplinkrepeater.net and it connects but says no internet.
Ideas?

Hi,
May I know the model number of your new router?
After setup via tplinkrepeater.net, would the RE and signal lights lit up?
Have you tried to forget the router profile and reconnect to confirm that the password is not the problem?
Thanks a lot.

It's a WA850RE.
The setup will not finish. It says cannot make contact with the router. I connected it to my printer wifi just fine. But no matter what it will not connect to router and can't get internet through the printer that it connects to

Hi, thanks for your kind reply.
How about the model of the new router, not the 850re range extender?
And how long have you had the 850re?
If possible, please try to set it up under settings, such as
Please make sure the password is correct and there is no access control/Mac filtering on the new router!
Then check again whether the RE and signal lights lit up or not;
Thank you very much.
