Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.3 Build 20201104 Rel. 59143

Hello DECO M9 plus users,

i'd like to inform you concerning my issues off (apparent) wired iPhones or iPads and non roaming (handover) to the nearest NODE's off my DECO M9 plus V2 (see screen dump below). I have wired backhaul (because the wireless backhaul had very poor download performance on the 3th node caused by concrete floors). I had for almost 2 months contact with the TP-Link support in Holland and also the support team off China got involved. After a debug session via TEAMVIEWER (6:15 - 7:15 CET 😱) the support team off China identified the issue and provided on 04-11-2020 me beta firmware 1.4.3 Build 20201104 Rel. 59143 which solved my issues.

Maybe you can use this information and take advantage of it

@Waldpyk

Hello, thanks for sharing.

So the iPhone/iPad display issue and roaming issue is resolved with this beta firmware or not? If it is resolved, please keep monitoring and let us know if you have any other inquiries. If it is still persisting, please get in touch with the engineer who helped you with this special firmware and he/she will continue to help you.

Nice day.
