AC4000 2.4g stopped
Has anyone run into an issue where the 2.4g no longer shows up, therefore can't connect? I tried rebooting. It works for a couple of hours then it disappears. When it does show up, you can't connect. Any solutions out there? THanks.

Hello, apologies for the super late reply.
Have you tried to experiment with the 2.4GHz wireless settings? For example set Channel and Channel Width to Auto. If they are already configured as Auto, there maybe too much wireless interference around you. Try to scan with Wi-Fi Analyzer app and see if there is a free channel on 2.4GHz band and set the channel accordingly.
You can also reset the router to factory defaults - just follow this procedure: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/497/.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've tried everything and it's still glitchy. I've decided to return it to the store for another replacement since it's still under warranty.
