Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Archer AX10(US)_V1.20_200706

I have an Archer AX10 V1.20 router that my samsung C410w printer cannot connect to.
When installing the printer, he finds the network, but cannot connect.
This same printer ran smoothly with the Acher C6 model. And this morning I did a test with another router Tp-link c5 that connected without problems.
I would like to know if there are any limitations with the router, or anything you can do to solve this problem. I thank you for your help.

@geekfer

Try with these Wi-Fi settings on 2.4 GHz band and check if that helps:

@Ivaylo I made this configuration, even so it didn't connect.

@geekfer Hi. Your problem sounds like what I experienced. I couldn't connect to the router no matter which combination of band/encryption I chose. The only way I was able to connect any of the devices was if I removed any security from the wifi network (unencrypted, no-security).

If this is what happens on your side too, you might have to do a factory reset, as that was the only thing that worked for me ultimately.

@DMiloje

That's right. Without security the printer connected. If I reset the router and configure security again, will the printer connect?

Hello, are you using the same samsung C410w printer as @geekfer ? When you try to connect to the 2.4GHz network, does it just show you incorrect password error? Try to reset the router and reconfigure it from scratch and see if the printer can connect. Thanks.

I reset the router to its original settings. The printer still did not connect. I did the reset twice. Then I set up another router to test the huawei ws5200. The printer connected and ran smoothly.

@Kevin_Z Hi, I have the same issue but with an Epson printer. I can connect to the 2.4GHz band but the moment I'm trying to print something the printer disconnects.
