tp-link archer ax10 devices do not connect
I have an Archer AX10 V1.20 router that my samsung C410w printer cannot connect to.
When installing the printer, he finds the network, but cannot connect.
This same printer ran smoothly with the Acher C6 model. And this morning I did a test with another router Tp-link c5 that connected without problems.
I would like to know if there are any limitations with the router, or anything you can do to solve this problem. I thank you for your help.

Hello, thanks for bringing this up again.
What is the model number of your Epson printer? When it connects to the 2.4G network, does it get a correct IP address? Can you ping that IP address on the computer or phone on the same network?
If possible, we hope you could also confirm this issue with the Epson support, try to confirm if there is any special settings required on the router settings to make it work with the router.
Meanwhile, ensure the AX10 router firmware is up-to-date, and try to update the driver or firmware on that printer as well.
