Deco x60 VPN connection issues after firmware update
I recently purchased the Deco X60 WiFi mesh to resolve dead zones. It was working great on all devices until a few days ago when I allowed it to install the firmware update. Since then, my work laptop, which runs through vpn software, has been disconnecting several times per day. The laptop WiFi remains connected, but the status changes to say "no internet, secured" and the vpn software disconnects. Disconnecting from the WiFi network, then reconnecting allows me to sign back in through vpn. But the issue repeats an hour or two later. Other devices do not seem to have the issue.
Any suggestions? Can the firmware update be reversed? Should I return the WiFi mesh to the store that sold it?
