P9 Solid Red Light
Hi, having real frustration with Deco P9 not being able to connect to the Internet. I did a factory reset of my cable modem, and now have been unable to connect.
ISP is Comcast Xfinity
Cable modem is a Netgear CM1200. I can hard-wire connections to the modem and access the Internet, so the cable modem is not a problem.
I have tried two separate P9 units, factory reset them, went through the setup process, and am stuck on the solid red light and being unable to connect either through wifi or a hard-wire connection from the P9 to a computer. The WLAN settings do not pick up an IP address, but I have tried changing the DNS settings to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 with no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated!
