Hi,

 

I purchased this device and within 2 months its stop working. Its not detecting sim card. I have tried many sim cards and reboot multiple times also reset it. But nothing works. All sim cards are working on mobile devices. This model is specially for 4g sim cards and even not detecting sim card. What to do now.

Hello, it seems the SIM card slot might be faulty, you may contact the local tech support or reseller to request a replacement:
