Router Archer C6
Hello I have a problem with Archer C6 v2.0. I got random drop down connection Some times it happens twice in minutes or one at 4-5 hours it is just randomly. I have last firmware. I lost connection to both ( wired and wifi connection). In Log system i found a warning on DHCP , On the ISP modem i still have internet, I check it myself and also I call them and they told me that i have no disconnect for last 48 hours. I have TP linked connected with Dinamic ip to the ISP modem. and i receive in log message ( when my net goes down) a warning on DHCP send release ip 192.168.1.2.
I really need to solve this,I tried different solution last 4-5 days but still can;t solve this.
Thanks,
Adrian

Seems a long story Just confirm, may I know who is your ISP? What is the WAN IP address you can get when you connect the C6 to the modem and used to be in Router mode, is it 192.168.1.2?
Just as Ivaylo mentioned earlier, we don't think the AP mode will affect the actual speed of the C6, please confirm if your computer is connected to the 5GHz network, how about the link speed on the computer, you may check the below:

I put the C6 back on router mode. I couldn;t connect my pc on 5ghz he was wired conncted i make the test on wire connection. I got the ip 192.168.1.2 from DHCP from modem(ISP). I call them to gestionate this situation. They told em to try to set on C6 on static ip on 192.168.1.100 instead of dynamic Ip and to see if i still get drop connection. Maybe is a problem with their modem or idk sure. I receive on Dynamic IP DHCP send realease IP and the ip is the one that modem assign for my C6

@Ivaylo I set it into Acces point. But it should affect my speed on wire I had 940 MB normally and usuall i got 850+ now it doesn't go more than 650
That's strange behavior, because in AP mode a lot of router features are disabled (like NAT, Parental control, QoS, etc..) - hence it should be the opposite, better speeds on wire.

That was my initial suggestion - see my post #4.

So what's in the router log now, while reconnecting, you shouldn't have any DHCP release messages ?

Contact TP-Link support and ask them what you should do.
