Forward broadcast packets with TL-WA730RE

HI, I have an airport express connected to a TL-WA730RE, an another connected to the router with WiFi.
The TL-WA730RE is configured as Universal Repeater.
The problem I have is that when my iPad is connected to the router I can only see one of the AirPorts and when I'm connected to the TL-WA730RE I can only see the other AirPort.
Seems like broadcast messages are not transmitted by TL-WA730RE.
How can I fix this??
Is there any repeater which supports this?
