M7650 restart issue on MS TEAMS
Hi TPLINK Team and @Sunshine,
May I raise my concern that the MIFI M7650 keeps on restarting by itself whenever someone on the local network is using MS TEAMS application on their computer these happens all the time and I am not sure why it's causing the M7650 to restart by its own.
I am hoping for your feedback.

Please upgrade the firmware of the M7650 to the latest version first:

If the issue persists, please confirm with the below details, and we will see how to fix it:
1. Does the M7650 restarts every time you use MS Teams on the computer? Or does this happen randomly?
2. How about other network activities, will any other activities cause the M7650 to restart?
3. How is the restarting looking like, any detailed phenomenon?

Hi kevin, my current firmware is the latest from the box when I bought.

1. Does the M7650 restarts every time you use MS Teams on the computer? Or does this happen randomly?
- The M7650 automatically restarts itself whenever an MS Teams is being used on one of the computers/phone is connected on the network. It does happen everytime we use MS Teams on one of our devices.
2. How about other network activities, will any other activities cause the M7650 to restart?
- The usual activity like browsing websites and watching youtube which doesnt make the M7650 restart. But when an MS Teams app is opened and connected on the local area network, the M7650 device will keep on restarting.
3. How is the restarting looking like, any detailed phenomenon?
- The restart looks like the M7650 device was forcefully closed then it will power on itself, after a few minutes the device will restart again by itself not unless we close the MS Teams while connected to the local area network.
