Model: TD-W9970
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

Is anyone else experiencing issues with v4 TD-W9970s not passing traffic across IPSec VPNs? We are doing the same as we would do on a v3 and the VPN is coming up but we cannot access anything across the link (or even ping the routers). The routers are on latest firmware and have been replaced.

@Duko36

Hi, as far as I know, the IPSec VPN settings on the V4 should be similar on the V3, please refer to the below settings to confirm all the settings on the 9970 again:

If all the settings on the 9970 are correct, and the VPN tunnel is on, try to ping the devices in the network of the other and show us the results, thanks.
