Model: Archer C50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 3.0 v0045.0 Build 160411 Rel.42416n

Hello all,

I tried to update my Archer C50 V1 to a new firmware version but every time the file upload is ok, the update starts, scrollbar is counting and from about 53% it quickly rushs up to 100%, screen reloads and nothing has changed. But no error message or anything appears, either...

The firmware version currently on my router is 0.9.1 3.0 v0045.0 Build 160411 Rel.42416n and I tried to update to the newest version of the homepage (Filename: Archer_C50v1_0.9.1_3.0_up_boot(160411)_2016-04-11_13.38.13.bin).

I tried it with ehternet connection from my surface, WIFI connection from surface, WIFI from my mobile as wel as with Internet Explorer, Chrome and Edge. Everytime the same result, update starts and runs until 53% and then goes to 100% without any message or any result. :(

Hopefully anybody can help me with this problem?

Thanks in advance!

Andreas

@Kevin_Z  Thanks for your reply, now I got it... yes

Just completely missunderstood the filename of the new firmware and somehow thought it is a 1.0.9 version but now I realized it is V1 version 0.9 laugh So as you said I already got the latest firmware version.

@AndreasD

Is your Archer C50 hardware version V1? If it is, I think there is no newer firmware for it. Please confirm:
