Model: Archer A20
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.44954n
I have previously had adsl routers of various brands, but when the copper network collapsed,
I got a ZTE 4G Router from my supplier instead.
I was never really happy with ZTE because it dropped sync very often, so I bought an MR600.
Which works perfectly, except for one thing. I have a ubiquiti unifi g3 domecam, which I have previously port forwarded without problems in my previous routers,
but in MR600 it does not work. the gate to be opened is called 554/s0. And I typed only 554 into the routers and it worked. But not in MR600, can someone please help me with this?
Merry Christmas
Ted

@TedEdberg I'm in a nearly identical situation as you having been forced to switch from adsl to 4G. I'm trying to port forward port 25 to a mail server.

Based on the info I've been able to dig up on the internet, it looks like it's not an issue with the router but entirely an ISP issue. Most ISPs can't (or rather don't want to) open ports in their mobile networks for incomming connections. They claim that opening ports is unsafe and could lead to service degradation for other users.

I guess your best bet is to call your ISP and ask if they'd consider opening port 554 for incomming connections.

@ncMaothVez Yes, maybe you're right about 554, I'll check with my ISP.  but I think it has to do with the extension after the port number = / s0 which causes problems.///Merry Christmas Ted
