Pppoe showing authentication failed . But it was work in other router. Why not working in this router

Do you mean you can build up the internet connection with the same username and password on another router but not on the A10? As per the log you attached, it shows a bad username and password, please double-check it and ensure you input them correctly, whether there is a space or some characters are in upper case, etc.

 

BTW, who is your ISP?
