I cannot install driver Archer T9UH for Kali Linux version 2020.4 Kernel 5.9.0 please release new update driver for us.

To be honest, we only provide the official driver for Linux (kernel 2.6.18 ~ 4.4.6), we don't provide newer versions. While the chipset of the Archer T9UH v1/v2 is RTL8814AU, you may search for the latest driver on the third-party website such as GitHub, then try to install it on your Kali Linux Kernel 5.9.0.
