Hardware Version: V10

Firmware Version: 3.16.9 (last)

I have a TL-WR841n and i want to use it for extending my wifi into my garden.

I want to use the wisp mode as described in the manual, but i dont find the button.

I have download and install the last firmware.

The router will be in my garage and as you have understood i want to connect it with cable

on my modem in order to extend the wifi

PS it works with cable

A second solution will be to connect it with RJ45 cable with connectors on my wall and connect it in the garage, but i don t want to buy cable actually

If you don't want to use a RJ-45 cable to your garage then you have to use the WDS feature to extend your wi-fi coverage:

Here's how to configure that.

Thanks I was at the step 7, it asks to reboot, and now no way to reconnect to the tp link access. I tried with the http//... with the 2 ip adress (192.168...) No way. I can see the wifi routeur connection in my tool bar I tryed to re reboot, and nothing :( Thanks
