@Bhomeia_Khan23  @Andra_Elena

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.

Can I confirm the model number of the TP-Link Archer router, is it Archer C50? Its hardware version is V6? Please confirm it on the router label or sticker, where shows you a Model Number/Model No.

Is the issue that the internet connection on the router unstable and displaying a red light, or you even cannot build up the internet connection on it after the firmware upgrade?

Who is your ISP? What kind of connection type you have on the router, is it PPPoE or Dynamic IP? When it shows a red light, please login to its web interface to check if there is still a WAN IP address, you can refer to the guide to login: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1523/.

If there is still a WAN IP address when there is no internet, please change the DNS server on the Internet/WAN page to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then reboot the router to confirm.
