Archer C60 Ver 3.0 | WIFI/Lan connectivity getting disconnected after the recent firmware upgrade
After the recent Firmware upgrade on 2021-01-18 the wifi / LAN connectivity is getting disconnected again and again on all devices i.e both on Laptop and mobile phones. And to restore the connectivity one has to reboot the router but that connection also only last for 5-10 miuntes.
There is no issue at the ISP end.
KIndly let me know how to resolve this?
Also do let me know how to revert back to the original firmware of the device or degrade to last firmware version?
Also on "Download center" for my country there is no way to download the old firmware. So kindly do share the link from where i can download the old firmware

Thank you both for posting on the TP-Link Community.
Is the issue that the internet connection on the router unstable and displaying a red light?
Who is your ISP? What kind of connection type you have on the router, is it PPPoE or Dynamic IP? When it shows a red light, please login to its web interface to check if there is still a WAN IP address, you can refer to the guide to login: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1523/.
If there is still a WAN IP address when there is no internet, please change the DNS server on the Internet/WAN page to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then reboot the router to confirm.
BTW, this new version seems cannot be downgraded to the previous version, but please don't worry, we will try to figure it out and help provide a solution ASAP.

Thank you for your reply.
Ok let me explain in more details:
I having Archer C60 Ver 3.0
the old firmware: 1.2.0 Build 190115
the new Firmware: 1.2.0 Build 20201231
I upgraded through the "Online Upgrade" by clicking on "check for upgrade", and NOT Manual Upgrade. which means upgrade *.bin file has to be correct and genuine.
These are issues that i am facing after upgrade:
- My SSID WiFi connection disconnected so many times per a day. both 2.5G and 5G
- I used to utilize Dynamic DNS through TP-LINK ID. I cannot login to TP-LINK ID any more. (tried on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge) plz refer to screenshot attached.

Thank you for getting back. Can you please also check the info that I mentioned earlier?
Have you tried to reset the C60 to factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch? If not yet, please give it a go.
To locate this issue and try to fix it, we would like to follow up on your case via email once we have all the info. Please check your inbox later and provide the information that we need.

My issue has resolved after the replacement of the router- my router was in warrantly period(though i am still monitoring the new router - of the same model ,as i have just installed it). When i first contacted the Tplink Customer care(India), they made me change the below settings on my old router(per them its their standard troubleshooting process for my type of case), though it didnt worked for me but still i am sharing the Changes that they made me perform(hope it work for you).
>Wireless ---> Wireless Setting
For 2.4Ghz Channel: Auto to >>>>1, 6, 11(Any)
For 5Ghz Channel: Auto to >>>>44,
> Network --> Internet

5GHZ
RTS THRESHOLD: 2346 >>>> 2305
Reboot the router. -->>> Check Now.
But as these changes still didnt resolved my issue so they raised replacement complain and today i visited the service center and they replaced the old router with new one.
They upgraded the new router there itself to the new version on which i was facing the issue earlier
Firmware Ver: 1.2.0 Build 20201231 rel.39772(5553)
Hardware Ver: Archer C60(US) v3.0
Now i have configured the new router with my old backup settings and subjecting the router to the same conditions(multiple downoads/torrent on phone/laptop) during which i was facing the issues earlier [ i.e -initially intermittent disconnection of LAN/Wifi and than full terminination of connections when subjected to heavy download like torrents set on download(this issue didnt occured if one was only using the internet for just browsing) and the termination of connection either on LAN/Wifi was restored only by rebooting the router and the issue would repeat again when subjected to same condition again and again,] earlier on old router and till now i have not experienced any issues.
Also while i was at service center the agent told me that in this router Archer C60 ver 3 we/they cannot downgrade the firmware as its not possible.
i will update the post , if i experience any issues on my new router or if the old issues gets replicated on new router.
i hope my this account would be of help to you.
Thanks
