Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1

Out of 4 Lan ports, only two are working or recognized by my devices. Especially port 1, 4 is not recognized. Any idea how to make function on all ports.

@Gesh

Does it mean no internet can be detected when you connect a PC to the LAN 1 or LAN 4 port? Will the PC get an IP address from the AX73?

It is suggested changing with a brand-new cat 5e or cat 6 cable, and test with other wired devices.

When and where did you purchase the AX73? Was it working before? Try to reset it to factory defaults, then check again if the LAN 1 and LAN 4 port will provide a connection.
