I want to use RE605X AX1800 WiFi range extender as a wireless bridge. I want to connect this extender to my existing WiFi network and connect another router to the extenders Ethernet port. ( |Existing Wifi Router| >>> wifi >>> |range extender|----(ethernet)----|another router|----(ethernet)----|computer| )

I couldn't find the user-manual for RE605X so don't know if this is possible. Can someone tell me if the range extender would support the above suggested setup?

Thank you for your detailed post.

Yes, you could use RE605X as a Wireless bridge to connected 2 routers in the same house. And 2nd router should work in Access Point Mode to avoid conflict with first router.

Recommended Topology: 1st router ))) ((( RE650X ----2nd router ( AP Mode) ----PC

Before set up the connection, please make sure first router ----2nd router are working when connected through Ethernet cable.
