Model: Archer C20  
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 0.9.1.4.16 v0001.0 Build 181213 Rel.63587n.

I am not able to configure the Router Archer C20, as a "Range Extender". During configuration under 'Quick Setup', it's showing 'Wireless Router Mode' and 'Access Point Mode' only, and not 'Range Extender Mode". The Router Manual under 4.3 'Operation mode' shows 4.3.1-Wireless Router Mode, 4.3.2-Access Point Mode and under 4.3.3-Range Extender Mode, indicating possibility to use as RE by Tp-Link.

All normal steps like, resetting, rebooting etc has been done.

Please suggest solution.

You can enable the WDS bridging to extend the host Wi-Fi network, refer to the user manual for more details:
