Parental Controls Button Does not appear anywhere in my system options
My Deco M4 system is supposed to have a Parental Controls button where I can set parental controls - but that button doesn't appear anywhere in my options: see below screen shot:

Based on screenshot you shared, your Deco mesh is configured to run in Access Point mode. Parental controls are only available in Router mode. You can change your Deco mesh mode in Deco app, under Advanced section.
