Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200716 rel.84595(5553)

Recently, I found out that my kids have bypassed the Parental controls on the router by using a virtual MAC Address changer thus circumventing it. So when I was researching on how to stop this, I found out you could view the logs on the router to see the websites the users connected to the router visited. So I went to view the logs on the router, but I don't see any IP addresses, at all. Is there anyway to do it through the router, or do I have to check somewhere else?

@CitizenZap

Generally, even your kids' phones use the private MAC address, you can still add that private MAC address to the Parental Control profile to monitor its activity. In that case, you will need to add maybe 3 MAC addresses for that specific phone, as it will use different MAC addresses when connecting to the 2.4G and 5G network. Only after the phone connected to the network, you will know its MAC address, so write down that address, and add it to the profile to monitor.

Check the article to configure the Parental Control on the AX11000:

Or you can refer to the User Manual directly, which is more clear:
