Can you tell us what speeds you are getting during your tests?

From the screenshot your bandwidth (line speed) is  ~ 64 mbps down and 12 mbps up.   QOS upload bandwidth is set at 100mbps which is roughly 8 times faster than you are capable of.

If you can provide the speed test details that would help!

Hi,

The speed test shows 58 mbits up and 10 mbits down. As per contract, my line is provided with 100 up / 100 down.

I just need the option to edit these numbers. Is there a way to enable that?

Hey

The speed tests you are seeing at   58 / 10 would be what I expect as your line is reading   64 / 12   its inside the margin of error.

If you are paying for 100  /  100 then you need to speak to your ISP as you are currently getting   64  / 12  as indicated by the router, those number are not able to be edited, they are what your router is getting from your phone line in terms of speeds.

Being honest,   100 / 100  doesn't sound to me to be correct.   ADSL and VDSL (i think you are vdsl) have a much faster download vs upload, usually an 8:1 ratio.     My current FTTP connection for example is 960 down and 150 up

I recommend you check with your ISP first
