Firmware Version: 1.1.1

Hi, 

 

My router is cutting internet connection (wireless and wired) once or twice an hour. The modem is showing that the connection is stable but routers light might stay white but it still doesent work and sometimes it turns red.

 

An other probelem is that it might take several second when the router reacts to a command.

 

It feels like the router kind of has to be waken up before it strarts to work.

 

Allthough The speed of the internet is really good accordind to speed tests.

 

I have factory reseted the router.

@Kevin_Z  it seems like that the hard reset solved all the problems. No problems has occured ever since.

Is the AX11000 the main router in the network? May I know the detailed network layout? How is the AX11000 connected to the network? 


Who is your ISP? Do you have a stable connection if you connect a PC directly to the ISP modem? 

 

When did you purchase the router, how about its firmware version? Try to reset it to factory defaults as follows, reconfigure it from scratch, then check again if the connection is stable:
