Hi,

i have a problem.
Have new internet from Dt. Telekom Mangenta S in my Parents House.
I cant connect to the internet and also the connected telefon does not work.

Dt. Telekom says that the internet signal is already activ.

Have tried to connect via the Ether App on my mobile...also dos not work.
I have no idea what the problem is now..cause everything should be connected in the right way
and also gave to Dt. Telekom Member Data Metrics to the Router.

Could some please help me ?
