Hello good afternoon.

I bought my WiFi router AC1350 C60 two day's ago but it hasn't been working. All the led lights are green but the internet light is red. I was able to enter it on phone but the internet isn't wor

When you connecting the new Archer C60 to your ISP modem, was it able to get a WAN IP address from the network? Can we have the screenshot on it?


Who is the ISP, and what is the WAN connection type on the C60? Please check the troubleshooting suggestions below, ensure all the setting parameters on the C60 are correct:

If none of the above works, please send us the System Log on the C60 (System Tool > System Log), we will check further.
