Model: TL-WR940N
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 3.15.9 Build 140627

The router of my ISP offers 30Mbps download and 6Mbps upload. My WR940N V2 router is having issues with WiFi download speed only, it works perfectly with wired connections (same upload/download speed as ISP offers). When I connect it to phones or PCs, after doing an internet speed test (10cm away from the router), the download speed is really bad (approximately up to only 4Mbps download and the 6Mbps upload); I tried the same speed test with the ISP router at the same distance and shows me the correct upload/download speed. I have tried the following:

-Restarting the ISP router.

-Restarting WR940N V2.

-Using a different power outlet.

-Using different Ethernet Cables (5 and 5e cables).

-Having only one Ethernet cable on the ISP router.

-Using a TP Link Powerline to connect to the TP Link router.

-Using all Firmware versions available for WR940N V2 (TL-WR940N_V2_150311 ;     TL-WR940N_V2_140627    ;     TL-WR940N_V2_130709)

-Restoring WR940N V2 to default.

-Using Mode:  11bgn mixed.

-Changing Channel Width to 40MHz or 20MHz.

-Changing channels: 9, 10  or 11.

I also tried the WR940N V2 router on another house with 100Mbps upload/download speed because I thought it was something related with the ISP router, I did the internet speed test and I got approximately up to only 4Mbps download and the 100Mbps upload. The router doesn't have any physical damage, no water damage, I'm using the OEM power supply; PWR lights constantly, SYS-WLAN-WAN blink.

-Restaurar WR940N V2 valores a defecto.
-Usard modo:  11bgn mixed.
-Cambiar ancho de canals de 40MHz o 20MHz.
-Cambiar canales 9, 10  o 11.
