Dear Community,

 

I have a issue with wifi download speed on my 1000/1000 connection: please see below:

2.4G stuck on 100mb. 5Ghz is stuck on 30mb and sometimes 700mb download sometimes 350

 



Current Config:

- No QoS

- No Smart Connect

- OFDMA/MU-MIMO checked with all possible settings

- Checked with WMM,Zero Wait DFS on/off

- No Home Shield

- Check with all firmware versions

- Checked with factory reset

- Location does not matter, sitting next to router does not change speed for download

Hi, will changing wireless channel and channel width makes any difference?

If not, please check the 2.4G and 5G wireless link speed on your client device:

Hi，by "sometimes 700mb download sometimes 350", do you mean upload speed？

Please try changing the 2.4G and 5G WiFi channel and channel width to see if it makes any difference.

 

Besides, please test wired speed of the router by connecting a computer to LAN port of the router, then for comparison, you could also connect the same computer to your ISP modem directly to test speed again.

Yes I meant upload. Cable speed is 1000/1000
