Model: Archer A10  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: V1.20

Есть роутер TP-link archer AX10. Интернет подключен, динамический IP. 
IP роутера - 192.168.10.1

 

Поднимаю VPN например OpenVPN с дефолтными настройками.
VPN Subnet: 10.8.0.0

Netmask: 255.255.255.0

Тут все нормально. Подключился клиентом. 
Присвоился IP 10.8.0.5

 

Пытаюсь пропинговать IP 192.168.10.254. и тишина
tracert на 192.168.10.254 никуда не ведет. Сразу звезды.


Пингуется только IP роутера - 192.168.10.1.

Что пробовал:
На клиенте добавлял маршрут
Route add 192.168.10.0 mask 255.255.255.0 192.168.10.1 metric 1 -p

На 192.168.10.254 отключал фаервол
На роутере отключал фаервол

Пробовал PPTP тоже самое.
Добавлял на роутере статические маршруты в разных вариациях.

С чем это может быть связано? Что еще можно сделать?

Hi, if you can ping the router IP from the outside network, that means the settings about OpenVPN on the router are successful, and the router doesn't block anything now.


It is suggested to check and review the firewall settings on this device connected (192.168.10.254 ), try to turn it off, then check again. If that is a Windows 10 computer, you will find the firewall settings under Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Select Turn Windows Firewall off > Select OK to save the changes.


One more note, you can also check if there is any other anti-virus software running on this 192.168.10.254, such as Bitdefender or Killer, which may also block the access.

Если подключатся по UDP надо подключатся например через мобильный интернет, это по TCP можно из той же сети подключатся. По крайней мере у меня так.

Решил проблему. 

Таки дело было в фаерволе .

Добавил провило для внешней сети и все пошло.
