Hello,
I'm having issues with PPPoE connection. On a daily level, my connection breaks 1-5 times. In the past, it was related to signal problems, but ISP Tech. team fixed this some 10 days ago. Now, whenever I call them they say connection was broken on user request and ask me if I'm running services like torrents.
I don't run torrents and all I have is standard windows update services, nod 32, as well as steam client.
Could you please tell me whan to tell them next time I call. Here's router log from today when last error occured (I "blanked" some user-specific data like my username or MAC address).

P.S. I'm 100% that I don't have viruses on my machine because I'm pretty careful about these things. Considering the fact I'm a developer and advanced windows/linux user, I'm also pretty sure I can take care of my OS and machine. What I'm not sure and very educated about is routers :).
Thank you in advance.
