Fails to switch wireless network adapter

Hi, I just received my TP-Link product and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it.
I have installed the driver via the disk (that came with it) and I am running Windows 7 Home Edition on my Dell Pavilion Laptop. When I open up the TP-LINK Wireless Configuration Utility (WCU) I get the option to switch network adapters, however, when I try to do so I get this error message:
Does anyone know why? Please reply soonish,
