WDR-3600 aka n600 - reset remote management port

I have set remote management port to 123, and now I can't access my router. Even if I enable explicit ports in chrome, I still can't access admin panel.
I tried to hard reset it, but still the problem is persistent.
How can I change it back to factory default?
