Utlity and driver issue

Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version :
ISP : Sky
OS Version: Win7 ultimate
Card installed ok and appears to be working. However, after installing the utility and driver the utility cant find any networks (and yes they are there other devices are using them). I uninstalled the utility and driver and did a manual install of the driver only ... same thing cant find any network. I have installed utility/driver V2 from tp-link site and still the same. The card itself is working (or appears to be!).
I have not had a TP-Link card/adapter before and so far i'm not impressed. Any help to get this card working would be great.
