I just bought a W9960 modem .
on the label placed under device , it says Ver : 1.20
but when I go to 192.168.1.1 it says : Hardware Version:TD-W9960 v1 00000000
which one is correct ?
why are they different ?

First number is the main version and the second is the subversion => v1.20 is the correct one.
The device sticker is mandatory when determining the exact HW version, which is important when a device FW upgrade is needed.
