Not sure what's been going on over the last couple months, but it seems YouTube is the only thing affected currently. 

All YouTube videos take at least a minute or more before loading (if they load). Switching to mobile data the video loads just fine. I reset my router to default and still have the same issue. I highly doubt my ISP would be the issue but I have no way of testing it since nothing I own has ether net. 

Thoughts?
