Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3 Build 20210719 rel.14861

So I've seen a couple of similar posts and hopefully someone can assist because I'm not wasting my time with entry level tech support.

Purchased my Archer AX11000 router this week and have been using it for three days.  Starting two days ago my router's 2.4 & 5 ghz SSIDs disappear dropping clients for about a minute and then return allowing devices to connect.  The timeframe is between 12 and 2pm Pacific time and today verified this is NOT a loss of Internet by my provider.  Here are the logs when the wireless network goes away.

2021-11-14 12:27:58 UPnP INFO [11034] Service start

2021-11-14 12:27:58 UPnP INFO [11034] Service stop

2021-11-14 12:27:57 Remote Management INFO [10686] Service stop

2021-11-14 12:27:51 Traffic Statistics INFO [8757] Clear all stats because time changed

From a network perspective I have three clients connected via Ethernet and 21 clients (mostly smart plugs) connected wirelessly.   I have OFDMA enabled & Smart Connect disabled for the SSIDs with no guest wireless networks. If other configuration info is required please let me know.

This is frustrating and if continues this week I will have no choice but to return the router to Costco.

Thank you,

Mike in Elma, WA

Can you please confirm if the LED will change on the AX11000 when the clients lose the internet?
