Offline while connected to second unit

Offline while connected to second unit
Bought my system yesterday.
All phones/iPads that get close to the second unit become "offline" according to the Deco-app and lose connection. When removing the power from the second unit all connected units get online again.
Have tried to restart and reset the second unit but after a few minutes all is same again.
