Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

When I try to log into my Archer AX6000 on a PC using Google Chrome I get this message-

Privacy Error.

Your connection is not private.

Attackers might be trying to steal your information(for example passwords,messages or credit cards)

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

I get the same warning if I use Microsoft.

How do I log in to my router?

@SJJ

When presented with that page you need to click on "Advanced" and then click "Proceed to ______ (unsafe)".

If afterwards you get another page that says something about HTTPS being disabled, then you will need to click the address bar of the browser and change "https://...." to "http://...." (remove the "s") and then hit or click the "Enter" key or button.

By the way, if you connect to your AX6000 via direct Ethernet cable connection or the AX6000's secured Wi-Fi, then there is no actual security risk.

Thank you for this, I shall try what you say. I do have a wired connection so it's a relief to know that there is no security risk.
