I have two TD-W8961N, the first one is connect to the internet with adsl , and the second one is in another room

both are conf with wds on

the first one had 192.168.1.1 as ip , had wds on, same channel as the second one, with the mac of the second one added to the list, Firewall off, DHCP On

the second one had 192,168.1.2 as ip wds on, same channel as the main router,with the mac of the main router added to the list, Firewall off, DHCP off  

each router had a different SSID with a different password, 

now with my pc connected to the main router, doesnt matter if is by cable or wifi, i can access internet, access both routers, and make ping to the second router

if I connect to the second router, the pc doesn't recieve any ip. neither any device connected to the second router, they get stuck in getting ip

what i doing wrong?
